TERMS & CONDITIONS
The honest small print — please read before booking.
1. SLOT AVAILABILITY
VIT slots are limited to 5 per tournament day. Booking is on a first come, first served basis.
2. MATCH SELECTION
We choose which of your fixtures to cover as your VIT match based on our photographer schedule across the tournament. We can't guarantee a specific game (e.g. final, semi-final). We will let you know this on the day of the tournament.
3. ACTION SHOT COVERAGE
Our photographer will be focused on your team during the VIT match. Photos taken depend on match flow, weather, lighting and pitch positioning. We can't guarantee a specific number of photos or that every player will appear in the action shots, particularly if substituted off.
4. SQUAD PHOTO & PORTRAITS
The team photo and individual portraits are taken straight after your VIT match in a single 10-minute session. Players who are not present at this time cannot be photographed retrospectively. Please ensure the squad is gathered.
5. 50% GALLERY DISCOUNT
The 50% discount applies to all other photos from the same tournament day in our standard online gallery. The discount is applied via a unique code that can be used the amount of times based on squad size.
6. DELIVERY
Your VIT photos and the main gallery will be available within 48 hours of the tournament ending. Delivery is digital — high-resolution downloads via a private link sent by email.
7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before the tournament. 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days. No refund for no-shows on the day. If we cancel for any reason on our side, you'll receive a full refund.
8. POSTPONEMENT & WEATHER
If the tournament is postponed or cancelled by the organiser (including for weather), your booking will be transferred to the rescheduled date or fully refunded — your choice.
9. BOOKING AUTHORITY & CONSENT
By booking, you confirm you have the authority to do so on behalf of the team and that parental consent will be in place for all players to be photographed. Players or parents may opt out of individual portraits on the day with no impact on the rest of the package.
10. IMAGE USE
Photos are licensed for personal use by team members and their families — share, print, and post on social media as you wish. Commercial use, resale, or use by sponsors requires separate written permission. We retain copyright and may use selected images in our portfolio and marketing.
11. PHOTOGRAPHER ATTENDANCE
In the unlikely event of photographer illness or emergency, we'll send a replacement where possible or fully refund your booking if we cannot cover the day. We are not liable for additional costs incurred by the team.
