Select the relevant event from the photography hub, enter your own email and then the gallery password when prompted. You can then browse the photographs taken throughout the event.

For safeguarding and privacy, some of our galleries are password protected. The password has been shared with club coaches, so please speak to your child's coach if you need access.

We work closely with the Foundation to ensure safeguarding remains our highest priority at all times. Password protection is used to control access to youth football galleries, helping to ensure that photographs from events are only available to parents, carers, and authorised club staff, and are not openly accessible to the general public.

We aim to get photographs online as quickly as possible following each event, usually within 48 hours. At many events, photographs may begin appearing even sooner. If the gallery is not yet available, you can pre-register your interest so you’ll be notified as soon as it goes live.

Photos are organised into albums to make browsing as easy as possible. Depending on the event, photographs may be separated by age group, team, pitch or session to help you find the right images.

Our photographers work hard to capture as many players as possible throughout each event. However, due to the nature of live football, we can't guarantee that every player will be photographed or that every player will have the same number of images.

Yes. Digital photographs can be purchased directly through the gallery. You'll be able to choose from the available individual photo and multi-photo options, and the best price will be automatically applied at checkout, with your purchased images supplied as high-resolution digital downloads.

Event galleries will usually remain available for approximately 4 weeks after the event. We recommend purchasing and downloading any photographs you'd like to keep before the gallery closes, as we cannot guarantee that images will remain available to purchase afterwards.

Gallery previews are watermarked to protect our photographers' work. Purchased digital photographs are supplied without the watermark.

If you would like a photograph of your child removed from the gallery, please contact LW Photography with details of the event and the photograph concerned. We'll be happy to assist with the removal request as soon as possible.
